Michael Lange
Managing Partner
Michael brings 43 years of IT experience to ABS Technology. His career began in 1983 as a Programmer/Analyst in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem‑solving. He later served as an IT Manager for the State of Alabama for 16 years, gaining extensive leadership experience in enterprise‑level technology environments.
Today, Michael is the Managing Partner at ABS Technology, where he provides innovative IT solutions for both home and business clients. His focus is on delivering reliable service, building long‑term partnerships, and helping organizations use technology to thrive.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling, golfing, fishing, and spending quality time with his five grandchildren.

C. Kevin Wolfe
Senior IT Consultant
Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, with a diverse background spanning IT consulting in both the public and private sectors, military contracting, and technical instruction. His skill set extends beyond technology, with additional experience in sales, project and people management, marketing, and real estate, giving him a unique ability to understand business challenges from multiple angles.
Outside of his professional work, Kevin is deeply involved in the performing arts. As a passionate musician and actor, he regularly performs with three to five bands at any given time.
After personally battling Lyme disease, Kevin founded the Alabama Lyme Disease Association, a successful 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advocacy and awareness—a testament to his commitment to helping others and making a positive impact.
Conlyn Welch
IT Consultant
Conlyn proudly served 8 years in the Alabama National Guard with the 20th Special Forces Group as a Jumpmaster and 91F Small Arms Cannon Repair Specialist. His military experience equipped him with discipline, adaptability, and a strong technical skill set—qualities that make him highly effective on a wide range of job sites.
In 2015, Conlyn discovered a passion for IT, beginning as a hobby before launching his career as a Structured Cabling Technician. He is currently pursuing his Network+ and Linux+ certifications, with the goal of advancing into a cybersecurity role as he continues to grow in the IT industry.
When he's not working, Conlyn enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children.

Haley Cawthon
Client Services Manager
Haley is the friendly voice you hear when you call ABS Technology. With over 15 years of customer service experience, she is dedicated to helping clients get the support and services they need quickly and efficiently. Her warm personality and commitment to quality service make her an invaluable part of our team.
When she’s not assisting clients in the office, Haley enjoys fishing with her husband, golfing, and spending time with her three furbabies. She also loves tackling puzzles and finding new craft projects to bring to life.
